You must be at least 18 years old to establish a merchant subscription account. You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities executed under your account are your sole administrative responsibility.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis in USD ($) based on your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual). Payments are securely handled via integrated payment processors like Stripe. Failure to settle outstanding subscription balances may result in immediate suspension of storefront hosting.
We maintain enterprise-grade merchant infrastructure with high-availability server clusters to ensure continuous operation. All administrative interactions and transaction handshakes are encrypted under secure SSL/TLS protocols.
We collect, use, and safeguard personal and business information in strict compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), alongside international privacy regulations such as GDPR where applicable.
These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
All payment credentials are processed securely. We maintain PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant merchant infrastructure using advanced SSL/TLS encryption, secure API integrations, and tokenized payment processing to safeguard cardholder details.
